The neighborhood sits in a dense pocket with eight parks within walking distance, including Roosevelt Park just down the street, so there's green space everywhere even if your own yard won't fit much more than a shed. Homes run around $186K, and you've got thirty restaurants and a couple dozen grocers within a mile, plus a transit stop about four minutes on foot if you need it. Godfrey-Lee Public Schools serves the area, and if you're the type to actually use the dog park (ten minutes away), launch a boat at Butterworth (1.4 miles), or just like having coffee and restaurants practically on your block, the trade-off of tight lots feels worth it.
