Personable and aggressive. They went after everything we asked for and got it. Nearly every time there was a hangup in negotiations they already had a secondary and tertiary plan to make it all work. We were the mission and they were squared away from the beginning. They even helped us work the deal while we were on vacation - real commitment. They knew a VA loan while transitioning out of the military could have hangups, and recommended local mortgage companies that know the town and people better. They set the bar very high for real estate agents!

Sheri was so wonderful to work with. She knows a tremendous amount about the values and details of properties in Grand Rapids (she is from GR and has been a realtor for a long time), and truly seemed to love helping us find our perfect first home. She was kind and patient as we decided what we wanted and always had detailed information on all of the locations we showed interest in. Best agent you could ask for. They help not only with the transaction in question, but physically helped me with repairs, painting, logistics, and moving - way above the call of duty. They attended quite a few open houses, and when offers came in they were very knowledgeable about how to respond. During negotiations and communications with buyers they were always on point, always available, and gave excellent advice throughout. I've never seen an agent take such a hands-on approach to getting a sale done. Highest recommendation possible!
