There's something about morning light on the water that stops you cold here—that particular shimmer you get when you're steps from Lake Michigan, close enough that the air tastes like it. Summer swells the place three times over with visitors, and you feel that energy—it's the thing that makes Saugatuck tick—but the condo location means you're already woven into it rather than visiting it.
