Dutton Preserve is a 44-home development on 30 acres in Caledonia, with eight acres of green space, a playground, and enough preserved trees to make the place feel less like a subdivision and more like something that happened to have homes built in it. Prices run from about $425,000 to $800,000, and the homes themselves range from 1,450 to over 2,500 square feet—ranch and two-story layouts with three to five bedrooms. The first residents should be moving in by spring 2026, built by JTB Homes and Interra Homes, which means this is still very much a work in progress, not an established community where the welcome wagon arrives with casserole.
