The transit stop is steps away, Van Raalte Farm City Park is a quick walk, and there are five parks within a mile if you need grass and trees without leaving the neighborhood. Holland City School District covers the schools here. It's the kind of subdivision where you can actually live without a car being your religion, though you'll want one for the 33-minute drive out to Grand Haven beach when summer hits.
