Early evening light hits the water just right out here—that's when this stretch of West Michigan really shows itself. The subdivision sits on the north shore of Coady Lake, an all-sports waterway known for solid fishing and those sunsets people actually stop what they're doing to watch. Most lots come with sandy-bottom frontage, hard bottom in places, and the lake itself stays relatively quiet since only half of it is developed.
