...and that's basically why we ended up out here instead of closer to the city proper. The area sits in Manlius township, and it's got this mix of wooded acreage and quieter residential stretches—lots of folks have land to breathe on, whether it's a couple acres or something bigger. You'll find a handful of ranch homes and newer builds on cul-de-sacs alongside some older character properties, and a decent number of places come with those deeper lots that make you feel removed from the rush. It's convenient enough to Saugatuck, Hamilton, and Holland if you're looking for restaurants or shopping, but you're not sitting in anybody's backyard. The terrain's rolling in spots, pretty heavily treed, and there are properties with actual ravines and creeks running through—which sounds bucolic until you're the one maintaining it, but that's half the appeal for people out here.
