Edwards Creek Park

You'll want to head out here for the green space—there's a trailhead practically at your doorstep, with the Fred Meijer Flat River Trail Park right there, and eleven more parks within a mile if you're the type to rotate your walking routes. The area sits close enough to Little Blue Lake that a weekend drive over is easy, and a grocery run takes about ten minutes by car. There's a restaurant within a fifteen-minute walk, so dinner out doesn't require a production.
