Out here, the land rolls open in a way that makes you remember why people left the city in the first place—wide yards, room to breathe, the kind of space where you're not counting your neighbors through the fence. It's a straight shot to Gerald R. Ford Airport if you need it, tucked between farmland and the quieter edges of the township, about half an hour from downtown. Wildwood Trails Park sits a mile and a half away if you want a walk without leaving the car, and the nearest restaurant is close enough that you're not ordering in every night out of desperation. The grocery is a short drive, nothing's dramatically far, and nothing's cramped—which is probably why the place exists at all.
