Right on the south side of Gun Lake, this stretch of waterfront living centers on sandy beach access and dock space—the kind of setup where you're launching a boat or settling in for the afternoon without fuss. The 2,680-acre lake supports year-round recreation, and the neighborhood itself runs compact: groceries are about a mile and a half away, restaurants roughly two miles out, and Gun Lake County Park sits just over a mile down the road if you want a change of scenery. Most of the cottages here are newer or recently refreshed, often with updated everything—kitchens, siding, interiors—which means move-in-ready is the default. The docks are aluminum with assigned slips for boats and smaller watercraft, and the beach itself is genuinely sandy rather than weedy, which matters more than you'd think on a working lake. It's a straightforward place: water access, solid bones on the homes, minimal distance to what you actually need.
