The condos themselves have the bones you'd expect—vaulted ceilings up to 12 feet, granite countertops, 4-season rooms—and homes here run in the mid-to-upper range. Downtown Grand Rapids is a quick 13-minute drive away, while Gerald R. Ford Airport sits about 22 minutes out.
