Neighborhood Madness 2026

1.Sponsor

Grand Rapids Real Estate Co., a Michigan brokerage and sub-brokerage of Andrew Arroyo Real Estate, Inc. (AARE) (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for this Sweepstakes.

2.Eligibility

• Must be a legal resident of the State of Michigan.
• Must be at least 18 years old as of the entry date.
• Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Licensed real estate agents and brokers are eligible as individuals but cannot win the prize on behalf of a brokerage or team.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.Sweepstakes Period

The “Sweepstakes Period” begins on September 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“Entry Deadline”). Entries received after the Entry Deadline will not be eligible.

To be eligible for the grand prize, entries must be submitted before the first Round of 16 matchup closes for voting — typically within the first 72 hours of the Sweepstakes Period. Late entries are accepted for fun but cannot win.

4.How to Enter

Visit grandrapids.realestate/madness/2026/challenge, predict the winner of every matchup in the bracket, provide a valid email address, and submit. One (1) entry per email address per bracket. Multiple entries from the same email will be disqualified.

No purchase necessary. Entry is free. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

5.Winner Selection & Notification

Entries are scored automatically as each round of the tournament resolves. Scoring weights:

• Round of 16 correct picks: 1 point each
• Elite 8 correct picks: 2 points each
• Final 4 correct picks: 4 points each
• Championship correct pick: 8 points

The eligible entry with the highest cumulative score at the end of the Championship matchup wins. Tiebreaker: the entry that correctly predicted the Championship winner. If still tied, the entry submitted earliest (by timestamp) wins.

The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Championship resolution at the email address provided on entry. Winner must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. If unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected using the same tiebreaker rules.

6.Prize

Most correct picks wins $500 in local gift cards, good at businesses all across the city.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD. The prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

7.Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and the accuracy of each entrant's predictions. Each eligible entrant has an equal opportunity to win.

8.Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for marketing communications from Sponsor where the entrant has opted in. Entrants' email addresses are not sold. See Sponsor's privacy policy at grandrapids.realestate/privacy for full details.

9.Publicity

By entering, the winner consents to use of their first name, last initial, and city of residence by Sponsor for promotional purposes relating to this Sweepstakes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10.General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, or violating these Official Rules.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.
• The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

11.Winners List

The winner's first name and last initial will be posted at grandrapids.realestate/madness/2026 within fourteen (14) days of the Championship resolution.
