Warner Dunes Sub is a 12-acre subdivision where the lots run about two-thirds of an acre each, the kind of size that lets you actually have some ground without feeling swallowed by it—homes here run around $1.0M. You're close enough to grab coffee less than a mile away, and there's a restaurant or two within walking distance if you're not in the mood to cook, but the real draw is that Idlewood Beach Association is basically a four-minute walk, and there are eight parks scattered within a mile, so weekends don't require much planning. West Ottawa Public School District covers the schools. Grand Haven's beaches are about thirty minutes off, which means you can actually use them without it becoming a whole thing—and if you need the Bay Meadows Area proper or downtown Grand Rapids, those are reasonable drives, though we've stopped thinking of them as "going out" and more as "when we feel like it."
