So you're looking at a subdivision where you'll want to keep a car handy—walkability's pretty low here, especially if you need to grab groceries or run errands. Downtown Grand Rapids is about 46 minutes away, the airport's under an hour, and you're looking at roughly half an hour to Grand Haven beach, which isn't bad for a weekend escape.
