Properties here run anywhere from a couple acres to twenty-plus, backed up against hundreds of acres of state forest that funnel directly into ORV and snowmobile trail networks. Wolf Lake, an all-sports lake, anchors the social side of things and sits right across the road from most of the residential lots. Hunting is serious business out here—deer and turkey move through the wooded parcels regularly—and the trail system means you can ride quads straight from your property into the backcountry. Homes tend toward the practical: mobile homes, chalets, and modest year-round places designed for people who actually use the land, not look at it from a window. A detached garage or two is standard. The closest formal recreation area, Hungerford Lake, is about six miles down the road if you're after developed amenities, but most of what happens here happens in the woods or on the water.
