You're pretty much driving everywhere from here—it's a car-dependent area where the nearest coffee shop is a 28-minute walk and groceries are even further on foot. There are four parks within a mile, including Maplewood Park just a 10-minute walk away, which gives you some green space without leaving the neighborhood.
